What exactly is ITZ Confidential?
An immersive physical detective game. You get a case file full of evidence: documents, clues, statements and reports. Your job is to read, observe, connect the clues and work out what really happened. Cases are fictional, inspired by true crime. Great for friends, couples, families and mystery lovers around one table.
I've never played one. Which case should I buy first?
Easy is made for beginners: The Serial Killer (₹599) or The Dead Girl (₹699). Medium brings a bigger storyline and more twists. Hard is for experienced detectives, with complex stories and a huge amount of evidence. Not sure? Take the 15-second Case Matcher.
Single case or a combo?
If you'll play more than once, a combo is better value: bundles work out cheaper per case than singles (see our fan favourites).
How do combos work?
Each combo bundles specific cases, listed on every combo above. Two combos include an element of chance: the Starter Duo ships any 2 of The Serial Killer, The Dead Girl and The Cursed Book, chosen at random, and The Quad includes either The Lost Teacher or The Seventh Day as its 4th case. What's inside a case?
It may include photo evidence, forensic and autopsy reports, WhatsApp chats, call records, police interrogations, fingerprint analysis, news articles, bank statements, map locations and official-looking case documents. Everything you need to solve it is inside.
English or Hinglish?
Every case and combo comes in both. Choose your edition on the product page, same price.
How much is shipping, and how fast?
Shipping is free across India. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in Delhi NCR and 4–6 business days for the rest of India (courier delays can happen). Track your order.
What if my case arrives damaged or wrong?
